For me it is surveys that are way too long. Most surveys have a progress line under them that shows how longer you need to go. The moment I see that it is not moving fast enough, good riddance.

What makes you quit surveys halfway?
 
I've used a survey website which keeps crashing when I'm trying to complete a task. I will never waste my time on such survey websites because it's not worth it.
