What’s the best way to communicate with clients?

There are manys ways to communicate with clients. Most people I know uses email, WhatsApp and Discord. Some other can use Facebook for communicating.
 
I like having a mix of channels. For quick chats, I prefer WhatsApp or Discord, but I still rely on email for anything important so everything stays organised and easy to track.

Email is the best for important messages. You can use WhatsApp for formal and informal communication but I can use email for anything important especially for official use.
