You don’t give up in your search. But what can help is not to just hire anyone indiscriminately. Make sure you get them well and your goals align. If everybody have the right team, things will be easy and be completed so easily but the question is how do you find the right team because some people are just there to drain the energy you have for any work.
Picking the right team members is the most challenging part because if you make the mistake of having even only one wrong person in your team and fail to find out early, it's going to affect your work big time.If I have the right team around me then I would definitely work well and be productive. But the reason why I prefer working solo is that it is very hard to find someone that resonates with you.
I'm not giving up at all which is also the reason that it's never everyone that can work for me. If our goals didn't align, we can't work together. You don’t give up in your search. But what can help is not to just hire anyone indiscriminately. Make sure you get them well and your goals align.
That's the truth. If I can't balance it well, I will be affected. It might be hard at first but as time goes on, it became easier. You actually know how to balance the two. Many people find it hard to strike a balance and so they do not know when they need one and the other.
I have experienced both of them with teammates who are 100% there to make sure things go smoothly with the project that have been assigned to you guys and have seen hell with those who will frustrate you everyday.
In summary, I prefer to work sole if I'm being very honest.
Working as a team makes you see different angles to projects and works that you do. There is a saying that two heads are better than one. There are corporations where working solo may not really be the best way to go about things. I've always talked about such and believe that getting the right people who can be in the same team with you is better than looking at working solo.
