Team Effort

There are some jobs which would be perfectly carried out with a team's effort because it is not a one man job. In such kind of job, I prefer working with a team because I need the best result at all times.

You don’t give up in your search. But what can help is not to just hire anyone indiscriminately. Make sure you get them well and your goals align.

Picking the right team members is the most challenging part because if you make the mistake of having even only one wrong person in your team and fail to find out early, it's going to affect your work big time.

I'm not giving up at all which is also the reason that it's never everyone that can work for me. If our goals didn't align, we can't work together.

That's the truth. If I can't balance it well, I will be affected. It might be hard at first but as time goes on, it became easier.

There are corporations where working solo may not really be the best way to go about things. I've always talked about such and believe that getting the right people who can be in the same team with you is better than looking at working solo.

Working as a team makes you see different angles to projects and works that you do. There is a saying that two heads are better than one.
 
I think both have advantages. I enjoy working independently, but a good team can bring different skills, ideas, and help grow a business faster.
