do you use buffer to schedule posts on social?

so, i've been hearing a lot about buffer lately for scheduling posts, but i'm not sure if it’s worth the hype. does anyone here actually use it?
is it easy to manage multiple accounts or does it just add more stress?
curious to know if it’s really that good or if there’s something better out there. drop your thoughts
