Which one works for you? A solo act or working as a team? Does having equal partners in business help generate more revenue?

My opinion is this: there are some work that you don't need team effort to generate revenue and there are some business that you need partners in order to generate more revenue. Just check what works for you and go for it.

Personally, I don't have any problem working alone because it also helps me to focus on getting my job done as quickly as possible. But when it comes to working with a team, it gives more room for you to be productive because every other members in the team are going to contribute to the general success of whatever project you people are working on.

I like to be in a team. While I am good at working alone, I also like it when I have someone to rely on.

I don't like just being in any team because some them are capable of drawing you back. I prefer working with a team of professionals who knows what being a team player is about. They are the type that's going to boost your personal productivity in the team.

I couldn't have said it any better. If you're working with a team that's not committed to the team, it's going to be like carrying a lot of dead weight around. Working this way will only slow down your work.

That factor is there. But I have also worked with amazing colleagues who compliment our weak points so good that they help us achieve goal faster and better.

Exactly. If you work with a tem that ain't committed, it will be like carrying a heavy weight or load on the shoulder. It's better to have effective you than have a heavy load as a team.

I have experienced both of them with teammates who are 100% there to make sure things go smoothly with the project that have been assigned to you guys and have seen hell with those who will frustrate you everyday.

In summary, I prefer to work sole if I'm being very honest.

Talking from experience. Yeah, there are some team mates that are like parasites and there's nothing you will do to make them interested in the work rather you will only get frustration and backslide from them. Working alone is better than working with these kind team.

It is basically the reason why I prefer to work alone especially when I am sure that those people who I am supposed to work with are not going to make it easier for me too deliver on what we are working on. So, I would rather work alone and deliver than work with the people that are going to be a stumbling block for me.

Your reasons are valid and I can do so if I'm the one. People that work effectively never want stumbling block especially when they have an urgent work. It's only at school that I encountered team work. Over here in the office, we work alone and it has been helpful to me.

Being able to find out what works best for you in any kind of work setup that you are into is always going to be to your better advantage because you will have more chance of being relevant in delivering what you're supposed to, when you are supposed to do it.

We know that there are some companies that still prefer team work to individual work and it has been working for them. Team work get it's advantages and disadvantages too, just that some people are making others see team work as the worse type of work.
