Team Effort

There are some jobs which would be perfectly carried out with a team's effort because it is not a one man job. In such kind of job, I prefer working with a team because I need the best result at all times.

If everybody have the right team, things will be easy and be completed so easily but the question is how do you find the right team because some people are just there to drain the energy you have for any work.

You don’t give up in your search. But what can help is not to just hire anyone indiscriminately. Make sure you get them well and your goals align.

If I have the right team around me then I would definitely work well and be productive. But the reason why I prefer working solo is that it is very hard to find someone that resonates with you.

Picking the right team members is the most challenging part because if you make the mistake of having even only one wrong person in your team and fail to find out early, it's going to affect your work big time.
