The first thing that you need to look into and find out is whether your Facebook and Instagram account is eligible to be monetized. When they are not, you can't do anything.

It is said that one source of income is no longer enough. As things are right now, it is advisable to have over 2 source of income, so as to live comfortably.

It's a fact now and not just they said. If you're depending only on one source of income, it's going to be very tough for the person because with inflation and tariffs now, there's no hope.

It's going very well. Sometimes, I felt too weak to post anything but when I remembered that you need to keep people engaged, I will do one or more contents before the day runs out.
