In every aspects of life, it is important to have someone to learn from and motivates you.
I have people in sales and marketing that I learn from on a regular basis. This is important because it teaches you most of what you need to know without making unnecessary mistakes yourself.

My father has been a major source of inspiration for me. His zeal to succeed, his passion for doing good, and also how humble he is are the things that I will never take for granted. I am very happy that he is still here, hearty and good.

That’s really touching. I feel the same way about strong family influences. They quietly shape your values more than anything else. It’s a blessing to still have him around and be able to learn from that example every day.
