I haven't make use of Google Ad campaigns but I know it can be effective but their success depends on who makes use of it and the factors involved. The one most effectiveness is the way it can reach large audience with short increment costs.

Google ad is the best when you're looking at other alternatives like InfoLinks and others. Google ads pays better and that's why I've been using it for years.
