How many hours do you sleep daily?

Good sleep is very important because when it comes to maintaining a good health, having a decent sleep is necessary. How many of hours of sleep do you manage to get every night when you go to bed?

Are you getting enough sleep every day?

There are some days I usually sleep for about 6 hours and there are some days I sleep about 9 hours. It depends on how my body decides to rest that particular night that will determine how many hours I'm going to sleep.

I don't always sleep for a very long time in the night. Most of the time, it's about 4 or 5 hours that I sleep. I'm used to sleeping for that number of hours.

If you can make it a constant thing to be getting 9 hours of sleep every night, it's going to be best for your health. Although, 6 hours of sleep isn't too bad either.

Unfortunately, it is not something I can control because if it is something I would have a way to control, I will definitely do my best to make sure that I sleep at least 9 hours every night.

As a result of the nature of the business I am managing, it is always very difficult for me to go to bed early which makes it difficult for me to sleep more than 4 hours every night. Unless it is a day I'm not going to operate my business, then I will have more time to sleep.

Try and work on your lifestyle habits because they have a very big impact on how you can be able to sleep at night. If there are some things you are doing that will compromised how long you can be able to sleep at night, you should try and stop it.

The day I would start sleeping close to 6 or 7 hours every night, I'm going to give thanksgiving in the church because I will see it as a miracle.

Most of the time, I go to sleep around 11:00 p.m. and wake up 5:00 a.m. in the morning.

I'm getting a good number of sleep if I should consider what others are managing for themselves.

I always attempt to sleep around 7 - 8 hours a night but sometimes my body does not always let me get that much rest and in some cases, I can end up only getting around 3 - 4 hours, sometimes less.

I suffer with fibromyalgia so being able to sleep a lot of the time can be difficult especially if I am in any kind of pain.

I used to sleep by 1-2am and still wake up by 6am and I know that's a very bad habit. Currently, i am already sleeping by 8:30pm and my waking up will be by 6am. There's a lot of change in my body system because of that.

It is good that you are becoming better. Just keep going at it, and everything will become better at the end of the day. Having enough sleep is very, very important.

Thanks for your concern. Even though my sleep is not always that early because I have not been accustomed to it but it's getting better all the time.
