Smiling or laughing is not easy to come by but I have cultivated a way of smiling even without anyone been there with me. I will go to the mirror and stand there looking at my whole body, then I will try to find something funny by mimicking my mom and this always bring smile to my face. Sometimes, I can tell myself some words of encouragement, it brings smile to my face when I am done.
