What makes an ad stand out?

Ads can be annoying most of the time. But there are times when I click on them, simply because I was hooked by the advertisement.
I have made quite some purchases from ads as well, so I can say that a really good ad can convert well.

What will you say makes an Ad stand out?

A unique advertising concept that is different from the regular boring ones will actually get my attention. When ad companies try to be different in their method of approach, the ads might actually attract sales.

Many ads seem to take on the same format these days. So unique ones will make your ad appealing to people. You must make the first few seconds count if it’s a video, or make the image really irresistible.

I think what made an ad stands out is the unique way it will be presented. Some ads look appealing in the eyes and one can click them without knowing the next thing to view.
