Cryptocurrency have gotten more popular now that it can't be denied. Even PayPal now supports cryptocurrency. I don't have any idea what else you're waiting for.
SEC can be a serious pain. This is the reason why they are not letting go of any chance of compromising this case and letting Ripple get away. They are doing everything possible to bring them to book.
