Ads can be annoying, especially if they are all scattered on the forum incessantly. I for one can leave a website that has too many ads on it.
Many people find it annoying as well.

This is very correct. I know a lot of blog owners who used the path of affiliate marketing to earn so much from their blogs. You can join affiliate programs like Amazon Associates, ShareASale, or niche-specific ones.
